Ticket Ordering

Please read all information regarding online ordering before purchasing tickets.

Note: Currently all internet purchases are being handled by the City Opera House, therefore any tickets purchased through this system will be charged both the Recovery Fee and Internet Service Fee. To avoid the Internet Service Fee, ticket purchases should be made by phone through the Box Office. Accepted credit cards include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Ticket Costs & Fees

Ticket Face Value
Ticket Face Value is the actual advertised cost of the ticket. Ticket prices are determined by the presenter, promoter or artist directly. The City Opera House Box Office does not determine ticket prices. The revenue generated by the Ticket Face Value either goes directly to the artist or artists agency, or goes to the presenter to cover production expenses for the event.

Recovery Fee
There is a $2.00 Recovery Fee assessed to every ticket purchased directly from the City Opera House Box Office. Unlike the Ticket Face Value, revenue generated by the Recovery Fee goes directly into the building where the event was held and helps fund building maintenance, general upkeep and improvements to the facility. The Recovery Fee is in addition to any internet, phone, or group method fees.

Internet Service Fees
The City Opera House is currently offering the convenience of purchasing tickets online. The Internet Service Fee of $2 per ticket covers the technology costs that allow the City Opera House to provide this simple option to buy event tickets.
